Pick your lane. Everybody's got something they can chip in — an afternoon, a few bucks, the front of their business. All of it moves the numbers.
Join us on the route to get in on the action! No experience needed — we train every volunteer on their first shift, hand you a vest and a bag, and make sure you have all the info you need before hitting the route.
What a shift looks like: → station setup → collect cans & bottles on the route → chat to parade-goers → help sort collected recyclables
We keep it lean. 82¢ of every dollar goes directly to stations, supplies, material sorting, and the insurance we need to keep our team on the route. The rest pays for our team to plan it all ahead of time.
Every $25 funds one bin for a parade day. That's 20+ pounds diverted, on average.
Got a business, a stoop, a yard, or a parking lot anywhere along the parade route? Let us set up shop. We bring the bin, the flag, the volunteers, and take the haul. You get foot traffic and a decent view.
As we look to expand our efforts in '27, we're looking for spots on parade routes around the city. If you've got a place that could work, send us a note!
